Payment 

$150.00 payment due at time of booking.

 Remaining amount due upon arrival. Cash or credit card. Deposit will be taken over the phone with other necessary information.

Cancellation Policy for Beautiful Banff B&B

A MINIMUM 30 DAYS NOTICE Should you need to cancel your booking with us after it has been confirmed, you must advise us by email or phone by midday (MST) thirty days before the first night of your stay. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective if it is received by our office and confirmed in return by us. An administration fee of sixty dollars will be applied by us if we receive your cancellation within this time.

 

If you wish to cancel your booking after this time, any reimbursement of your payment will be made entirely at our discretion. In the unlikely event that a booking cannot be honoured by us for whatever reason, a full refund will be issued and we will notify you either within 24 hours of the time your booking was made or within a minimum of 21 days prior to the first night of your stay.

Check-in / Check-out  Digital entry Check-In: 3 pm.

Check-Out: 10 am

 

Parking is provided, please park in either of two spots you feel comfortable driving into.

 

Dietary: It is possible because Banff is a small town that dietary needs may not be able to be accommodated. Guests that may require special dietary needs should advise at the time of booking, we will try to assist. If possible please travel with your specially required foods.
